We work with independent specialists including Love and Confuse in Lithuania, menique in Lithuania and Seamsfriendly in Jaipur. Your chosen workshop cuts and finishes each garment before it travels to Earth Wardrobe in Edinburgh for checking and onward delivery.
You will never receive an unexpected bill: Earth Wardrobe handles the import duties and taxes.
A few useful answers.
Why does delivery take 3–4 weeks?
The garment is not sitting in a warehouse. Your order goes to the maker, who cuts, sews and finishes it before sending it to our Edinburgh warehouse for a final check and UK delivery.
Can I return a made-to-order item?
Yes, when you choose a standard UK size. You can return it within 14 days after delivery, and exchanges are free. A garment made to your personal measurements cannot be returned unless faulty.
Will I have to pay customs charges?
No. Earth Wardrobe takes care of import duties and taxes before the garment reaches you.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product has its own size guide. Compare the measurements with a similar garment you already own, or select made to measure on an eligible style.
