Need to exchange or return an item? No problem.

Use this online form to easily request a return or exchange.

Return Method

We will provide you with either a Royal Mail label to print or a QR code that you can show from your mobile phone at any Post Office branch if you don't have access to a printer.

Return Costs

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or colour, there will be no additional charges; we will cover the cost of the return label and the replacement package.

If you would like to return an item for a refund, a return fee of £3.00 will be applied to cover the cost of the return label. This charge only applies once per order regardless of how many items are returned.

You have up until 30 days after delivery of your order to return the items to us. If you think you will need an extension contact us and it shouldn't be a problem.

Items that cannot be returned

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of underwear, including briefs, knickers, boxer briefs and trunks, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Please check the product description, measurements and size guide carefully before ordering.

This exclusion does not affect your statutory rights.
