We will provide you with either a Royal Mail label to print or a QR code that you can show from your mobile phone at any Post Office branch if you don't have access to a printer.
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or colour, there will be no additional charges; we will cover the cost of the return label and the replacement package.
If you wish to return an item for a refund, a return label fee of £3.00 will be charged once for the order.
