UK Delivery: Our delivery charge is £3.49. We ship from Edinburgh, UK using Royal Mail’s tracked service, and you should receive your order within 3–5 working days. We use biodegradable packaging and offset the carbon emissions from delivery.
Return Details:
We will provide you with either a Royal Mail label to print or a QR code that you can show from your mobile phone at any Post Office branch if you don't have access to a printer.
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or colour, there will be no additional charges; we will cover the cost of the return label and the replacement package.
If you wish to return an item for a refund, a return label fee of £3.00 will be charged once for the order.
