Period underwear looks and feels much like ordinary underwear but has absorbent protection built into the gusset. It can be worn on its own or as additional protection alongside another period product, depending on your flow.

Light flow is suited to lighter days, spotting or use as additional protection. Heavy flow provides greater absorbency for heavier days or whenever you would prefer more protection.

Everyone’s flow is different, so it may take a little experimentation to find the right absorbency for each stage of your period.

It can be worn as your main period protection when the absorbency is suitable for your flow. It can also be used alongside a tampon, cup or other period product for additional reassurance.

When trying period underwear for the first time, choose the absorbency that best matches your flow and check it periodically until you know how it works for you.

The main fabric is made from 92% LENZING™ MicroModal and 8% elastane. This gives the underwear an exceptionally soft, lightweight feel with comfortable stretch.

The high-waisted style offers comfortable coverage and a secure higher rise. The hipster has a more modern, lower-rise shape, while the side-fastening style is designed for easier changing without completely removing your other clothing.

All three styles have absorbent protection extending to the back waistband.

This depends on your flow and the absorbency selected. Change your period underwear when the absorbent area begins to feel damp or whenever you no longer feel comfortable. A heavy-flow pair may last longer than a light-flow pair, but it should still be changed as often as needed.

After use, rinse the underwear in cold water. Wash according to the instructions on the product care label and avoid fabric conditioner or bleach, as these may affect absorbency. Allow the underwear to air dry completely before wearing it again.
