Delivery & Returns
UK Delivery: Our delivery charge is £3.49 per order. We ship from Edinburgh, UK using Royal Mail's tracked service. You should receive your order in 3-5 working days.
Christmas Returns: Orders placed now can be returned until 31 January 2026.
Return Details:
We will provide you with either a Royal Mail label to print or a QR code that you can show from your mobile phone at any Post Office branch if you don't have access to a printer.
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or colour, there will be no additional charges; we will cover the cost of the return label and the replacement package.
If you wish to return an item for a refund, a return label fee of £3.00 will be charged once for the order.
We partner with Shopify Planet to offset carbon emissions delivering to your address from our Edinburgh location.
