They're really nice long sleeved tops, I like that they're on the longer side as I struggle to find tops that are long enough for my extra long arms.

Unfortunately have had to knock stars off due to lack of communication and slow delivery and the bad smell the tops have on arrival.

When I placed the order, their delivery information said 3-5 days (they've now changed it to say standard of 5 days) but I was waiting for 17 days. Only received an email to say that the order is on the way after I emailed them the second time (the first time was replied to with a standard apology for delay and that my order would be delivered on the Friday... which it wasn't). Wouldn't mind waiting if I was given information as to why my order was taking so long or notification to say that there is a delay, with an accurate delivery day.

Also, the tops arrived with an awful, almost manure-like, smell to them. Not sure what it is, but given their price I'd expect the items to arrive in a clean/fresh condition. I hope it comes out in the wash.

Being environmentally friendly should not excuse for poor handling of orders. I would have liked to purchase more items in future, but the lack of communication, much slower delivery times than promised, and the smell, has put me off.
